2, Please make sure that you have followed the standard process to
generate the connection between the Solman system and its monitored
system XXX, client 100 by using the "create new system with assistant"
3, After create the XXX system, please do as follows to examine the

SH- We are on SPS20 so those notes are already in the system.
Shyam- When I created the RFC's in SMSY I used the "Generate RFC Connection" wizard and it returned all green. The RFC's were generated when we were at SPS14 and are working fine for our BW Charm landscape. For some reason ECC is not functioning. When I do the "Check RFC" in SMSY everything looks fine. I will try deleting all the RFC's and re-do the generation and see if that helps.
Thank you for your comments.
After working with a developer in SAP Germany the issue was resolved. It was simply going into SMSY in change mode and re-saving all the systems in the landscape component. We tried to delete and re-create all the RFC's but this did not work, only re-saving the system at the high level worked.
Hi Amrk,
We have recreated the system. now the we were able to import the TR to Quality system.
Thanks for the advice.

Hi Mark,
We have also tried to recreate the RFC's only.......
so we'll try to regenerate the system itself and let u know the status.
Thanks all for your advises.

Subhashini.

I am having the exact same issue after upgrading from 7.0 SPS14 to SPS20. Have you gotten any resolution from SAP on this?

I have given the read system data also. everything is fine. but dunno why this is not coming in solar_project_admin.

Hi,
If you search for SMSY_PPMS_API in SAP notes search.
Around 30 notes are coming. Pls look into the note relevant for the particular error.

Hi,
Check your SMSY settings whether the system/client is assigned with all types of RFCs.
Check the assigned Logical component for the system/client is it appropriate and same is assigned in that project
feel free to revert back
regards
Naveen
