While canceling billing document how balance in j2iun will reduce.

Hi,

J2IUN shows the balance available in CENVAT or Service Tax account that can be utilized for that particular period.

If you have cancelled the billing documents, the taxes so posted would have been reversed from the GL accounts

and lesser amount will be available for next utilization.

You have to cancel the excise document through J1iH which takes effect in J2IUN.
