Picking issue in FIFO strategy

Hi Guys,

I have an follwoing issue in FIFO strategy:

Replenishment TR created for 84 Numbers, where as 12 are available in 1st pallet, 43 Numbers are available in 2nd pallet and 43 Numbers in 3rd pallet. As per the requirement system should pick 12 Nos. from 1 pallet, 43 numbers from 2nd pallet and balance 29 numbers from 3rd pallet.

However, during TO creation only 12 numbers are picked by system balance are not picked, when i enter manually it picks the quantity.

How to make it automatic, your guidance will be highly appreciated.

Hi Prashanth,

All pallets are in same storage type.

The issue is that when trying to do the Fix Bin Replenishment from the Reserve Storage Type (B01) to the Picking Storage type (PD1) , --> if the system has to take stock from more than one source bin (in the example 12 pcs from one bin, and 72 pcs from the following one) --> the system doesn't know how to do it, and it only takes into account the first 12 pcs, and leaves the TR partially treated. We can then create a second TO for the pending quantity, but the business requirement is to have just just one TO with all the whole quantity (84 pcs).

Are all Pallet from same storage type ? Please check storage type search is maintained.
