As a Functional you should know following technical subjects

DEBUGGING,

QUERY WRITING

Preparing Fnctional specs for SMARTFORMS, SAP SCRIPTS

and LSMW & BDC,

BAPI,

FUNCTION MODULES

These are sufficient
