Alert monitor T0code in SAP does not exist

Hi all

I already entry the follow t-code in sap, but it show does not existing,

What should i install if I need the following functions,

AL01 SAP Alert Monitor

AL02 Database alert monitor

AL03 Operating system alert monitor

AL04 Monitor call distribution

AL05 Monitor current workload

As far as I know all those transactions are obsolete and replaced by RZ20 and CCMS
