HI,

1.Is it possible to Print "'Inspection Plan"' whenever want?,

If yes what are the setting needs to done?

2. How to do Approval procedure for Releaseing Inspection Lot? Any std QM function is there

please share ur knowledge and views

Hi Sami,

Yes it is absolutely possible to print task list, as mentioned by Sujit, by QP05. Apart from this you can design your own smart form. Sit with your ABAPer for more clarity.

Towards second question,

The std and straight approving cycle is hard to find for Inspection lot release process. (As it is there for Inspection plan -- The status management) Same there are many many options available to put restriction over certain activities in Inspectiobn lot release process.

E.g.

Deactivate the "Automatic Assignment" button in the Inspection type settings, so system will not set the status for I.Lot REL straight away. And the user have to do it manually through QA02, here you can restrict them by authorization.

Other phase is Physical sample release, (If your are using such) that is also set manual via QPR4.

Apart from these the handsome function of "Status Profile" is also available (elaborate the t code BS42). that must meet requirement.

Use of BS42 is very beautifully demonstrated here by one of our QM champion Mr. Raghu. You can elaborate the same in your own purpose. He had guided there to use the status profile to prevent the UD w/o UD. Similarly you can use the same to Prevent the Inspection lot's status to get changed from CRTD to REL by certain users.

only std settings will suffice your requirement.
