How to release an activity using milestones

Hi,

I want to release an activity using milestone assigned for other activity. Can any one please guide me how to go ahead. I first created two activities and assigned milestone for 1st activity and gave in functions tab as system status rel and change status as + and when i released the 1st activity it is not releasing the next activity. Please some one guide me how to release an activity using milestone.

Hi,

you have to maintaine the FS relationship between 1st and 2nd Activity.

No i have not given any relationship b/n activities.

Hi,

Please maintain FS relationship between 1st and 2nd Activity. otherwise how system will know which is the following activity ( of 1st activity ).
