As mentioned above, you can use JMC adpater for this requirement.

JMS adapter can be used to connect to any of the Queuing System i.e MQ series.

First you need to deply the driver/jar JMS for WBMQ in PI server after that u can configre the JMS Sender/Receiver Adapter in PI.
While configration of Receiver JMS Adapter:
Message protocol:Sonicor /WBMQ(which ne deployed in PI)
Server and IP:it is receiver MQ Sever ip
Port:MQ Server port
Connection factor:
Chanle manger:
Queue manger: Queue manger and Queue all these created by MQ adim,you can get all informatiom regarding Channale,Queue m
manger and Queue from the MQ Admin
Queue:
TCP/IP connection
