Issue about Text determination

Hi Experts,

My requirement is to post quotation header text automatically when creating a quotation.

I have customized Text determination through IMG and make the routine for data transfer. When I created the quotation in the DEV, the header text can be carried out. Then I transfer it to the QAS and test it, the header text can not be carried out. And I check the log, it said user exit runs, but no text can be found.

I want to know the reason why the same configuration, but the result is different? Is it related to SAP Cache, I guess?

Hope to give me some hints.
