HI
Order Cost Plan is "Cost Derived from Network/Activities" where as Project Cost Plan is "Cost Maintained in CJ40+Order Cost Plan" (if any).
Hope it helps.

Order plan costs comes from the planned costs of following
Internal orders
Plant maintenance orders
Production orders
Sales orders
Network activities
In customization you can define how the plan costs for varios order types are recorded in project system.
Project cost plan values come from WBS cost planning as said in the earlier post.

Hi PSR,
Order Cost Plan in CN41N is PM Order Plan Costs figure.
If you create PM Order and assign WBS Element/Project Def in Additional Data Tab of PM Order after planning Material services system will consider WBSE as Costing object and Plan and Post cost on WBSE. It will appears in CN41N in Order Cost Plan column.
Please check
Hope this will help you.
