Show RFx response in display mode from custom development

Dear Gurus,

I am trying to put a link to RFx response number from custom development using LinkToAction attribute. When user clicks on the RFx response link show able to see the RFx response in display mode. I tried to use a method contruct_wd_url from class CL_WD_UTILITIES. After getting the link tried to open using window manager. I am getting an error saying "Aceess via Null object reference is not possible". Any help would be appreciated.

Can you check the same error in ST22 for the NULL reference.
