Creating new client in SAP NW2004s SneakPreview ABAP

Hi!

I've recently installed the SAP NW2004s SneakPreview ABAP (full version) and want to create a new client in my system. Is there a restriction in this version when it comes to creating new clients?

I used the following procedure:

Logged in as user SAP* in client 000

Navigated in the the menu tree: Tools -> Administration -> Administration -> Client Administration -> Client Maintenance

Created a new client (110)

This went well. My problem started when I wanted to log on to the new client (as user SAP) to perform a local copy (from client 000). The system would not accept the SAP as user logon. In other words; I cannot log on to my new client to perform the local client copy.

Anyone else having this problem?

have you used the correct password for sap*?

it's "pass" for a new created client.
