How to get RAR mgt reports to update violations after backend role changes?

I made a change to our backend roles last Friday. Today (Mon) I can run an RAR Risk Analysis/User Level report and see that the number of users with a particular violation has dropped from 51 to 9. However the Mgt View/Risk Violations report still shows the same number of violations though I know that can't be right.

Nightly we run Incremental User/Role/Profile Sync and Batch Risk Analysis jobs and update the Management Reports (runs for 3.5 hrs). What am I missing to get the Mgt View Risk violations to drop? BTW, the Mgt diagrams claim to be current "Summary as of 17-Aug-2009" (today's date).

Just select the 'update mgr report' checkbox and schedule it to run immediately

Is a Full Synchronization required for the Management View report to be updated after backend roles are updated to remove violations. The incremental Synchronization job is running, but the users still show with violations on the management view report.
