when creating an aggregation - totals - SAP generates a Small Dot before the total, a symbols, is it possible to change this rendering and just add the total and nothing else?

I donot think so there is an option to meet your requirement. You need to handle the Totals through your custom code
rather than usign the standard functions as Aggregation.
