CREATING SO FROM REMOTE PLACE WITHOUT SAP GUI.

HI.

I WANT THAT CUSTOMERS SHOULD CREATE SALES ORDER/ QUOTATION & GET QUOTATION THROUGH SAP.

THE PARENT COMPANY HAS IMPLEMENTED SAP BUT THEIR CUSTOMERS DOESN'T KNOW SAP.

HOW TO ACHIEVE THIS????

CAN WE USE NETWEAVER??? OR ANY OTHER OPTION???

Hi Amol,

your scenario is pretty much possible. This can be achieved through Interface between SAP and Non SAP system.

One EG. Online shopping, Orders created by customer through Website[Non SAP system] are processed in SAP.

Process is like , non SAP system creates file with some fixed format and send it to SAP.Their has to be a program in sap which looks for file and upload that in to data base.So further processing can be done on this order in SAP.

Hi Amol,

Have you ever come across the concept of IDocs? You need to develop an interface program and get the Information trough IDoc and then it gets processed in SAP through some back ground job.
