Download Attachments from external via Reverse Proxy

Dear Experts,

actually we face the problem, that oure external suppliers can not dowload attachements anymore.

Oure SRM 5.5 is connected to the internet via a reverse proxy and since two weeks external users can use the SRM but can not download attachments which are added to a bid.

Is this a problem of the reverse proxy, or can this also be a problem of the SRM System?

Hi,

Please check the URL string from external user. Is it accessible from external?

You can change the URL string by BBP_CHANGE_URL BADI.

thanks a lot, that sounds like a solution. Do you know where I can find a how to guide for this BADI?

I never implemented one. That might be very helpfull.
