Dear Experts,
actually we face the problem, that oure external suppliers can not dowload attachements anymore.
Oure SRM 5.5 is connected to the internet via a reverse proxy and since two weeks external users can use the SRM but can not download attachments which are added to a bid.
Is this a problem of the reverse proxy, or can this also be a problem of the SRM System?

Please check the URL string from external user. Is it accessible from external?
You can change the URL string by BBP_CHANGE_URL BADI.
