SAPCCMSR Agents retrieve no data in SOLMAN

Hi!

We have problems with the connection of satelite systems (e.g. double stack ABAP +Java) to our CEN system SOLMAN.

Once the installation of SAPCCMSR agent (sapccmsr -j2ee pf=<...>) was successful, then we get a bit later several errors and no data in SOLMAN RZ20 can be shown for the several system:

How can this error be solved?

Any helpful information will be very appreciated

I guess, it is the problem with the userid with which you installaed sapccmsr and with which it is running now. Is it sidadm ?

Also, to have proper RFC authorization, CSMREG user and the user with which the CSMCONF file was downloaded from Solman should have proper authorizations.

Check the permissions of /usr/sap/FB1 filesystem too

It clearly shows permission issue.

Please give proper permission to files mentioned in your message.

Thanks,
