Idocs stuck in sm58

Former Member

Hi All,

When I triggered Idocs in R3 ,they were stuck in sm58 with status : :000. I'm not able to release it.

I checked with port information, everything is correct.

When I checked with threads in SDN it says to check with authorization of userId in sm59 of R3. if this is

the case then I ll not be able to send any Idocs from R3. But in my case other Idocs are getting triggered,

only the newly created ones are stuck. Kindly suggest sollution to resolve this issue.

Other things to be checked could be:

1. The Idoc metadata is imported in idx2 of PI system. You may use SAP Note 837595 for this.

2. Check SAP Note 940313.

@patrick:

Authorization test in R3 is fine.

@prateek

This is the first time the Idoc is sent to XI system from R3.

Will metadata be there in XI?

Hi,

for checking the metadata you could also have a look here:

Metadata won't be there. But in your case it is unable to load metadata from sender system. Therefore you may try this manual process. With this manual process you will also understand whether you have enough authorizations or not. Check the SAP Note I mentioned.

Hi,

-->While importing the Idoc metadata it will ask for the port.

-->Did you maintain the correct port name? If not please check it out and try once again.

Thanks

Check your RFC destination, user mentioned in RFC dest should have authorizations to post IDoc in XI

try and maintain RFCUSER and check

while importing metadata dont give port with client no

for e.g if port is SAPXXX_400

provide port as SAPXXX where XXX is system id

Hi,

this is a problem with the metadata.

So you should check your rfc connection with authorization test and then reload the metadata.
