SAP_CCMS_DT_SCHEDULER job cancelled in SM37

Hi,

I was doing a check in the background job and got the job SAP_CCMS_DT_SCHEDULER as cancelled.It is scheduled by user SAPSYS.the detail of the job log gives:"Logon of user SAPSYS failed in client 000 when starting a step" "message 560."

this job has been cancelling from 8th august.and is performed almost every ten minutes in the system and is getting cancelled.

please help what to do??

Hi Priyanshu,

Check if the user who scheduled the job is locked.Also check if the user exist or not?

the user here is "SAPSYS".

Did you read the NOTE?

SAPSYS is a SAP "internal user" and won't be displayed in SU01.

yes i read the note nad its exactly the same error which i am getting.
