3rd party warehouse -WM material views how to maintain it ??

Suppose multipe vendors want to utilize your warehouse for their stocks for that they pay.You palletize the materials before storing into the warehouse.

How do you palletize when vendor is not interested in giving entire material details because the stock still belongs to him and only storage space inside the warehouse is matters to him.

1)For the above scenario how the material master will be from WM point of view for putaway and picking??

2)For the above Scenario how do you carry out cycle counting or any other physical inventory process from material valuation point of view??

I think these process can be mapped once Master team defines the master data for the materials.

I think Handling unit will solve the problem interms of packing that is palletization but what if the vendor doesnot want his materials to be packed or palletized.
