Assign agents to task

Hi gurus,

I am using a one step bid approver workflow WS14500027. When i go to assign a agent to task TS14507922. the message

appears as "General task: can be edited by all users". and if i ok the message nothing happens further..

Pls guide..as i am missing something..

Please make sure the transaction is in change mode.
