sales rebate issue

Hi guys,

Here the issue, As we know the customers are eligible for rebates if they are active at customer master payer level, but my requirement is i just wanna give rebate to the customers who are not active at reabte level, and for past one years sales valume

Hi,

You can create a rebate agreement with validity period for Six months with amounts as 2%. but the agreement only applicable for customers who are not activated for Rebate from past six months is impossible as per my knowledge.

If you want to give rebate to the customer.

Then why are you not activating the rebate for that customer.

Itu2019s the same thing only.

And with out activating rebate in the customer master your customer will not be considered for the rebate.

So you have to do that setting in customer master data

The thing is my clients has decided to give rabates to those customers who are not in the reabate process , from the last 6 months invoices .

for example 2 % on invoices. fo last 6 months sals volume

suggest.

It is not possible in sap by using rebate agreement but u can do it out of system and settle it manually.
