3-layer: overdone design??
If I build an application exactly following the design guide lines, I sometimes have the feeling that it's a roundabout way to get data from a database to my form.
1. A CMP bean which gets a collection of records by one of its find methods.
2. Then a Business Object Layer which iterates through that collection to produce another collection and then
3. A Web Dynpro which gets that collection and iterates it to store it in some context node to bind it to a Table.
Why shouldn't I skip that Buss.Obj.Layer?
