Administrator j2ee engine user blocked...

hello all,

i have a little problem i install my j2ee engine as local server for work with NWDS and do web dynpro app and all was fine until i deploy an WD application, the task was abort due a problem with sap j2ee credentials. well a friend told me that the j2ee engine user administrator was blocked and that is why the problem appear...but when i go to the visual adm to activate the emergency user, it ask me for connection via administrator user and i put the password that ask me in the installation and show me an error message.... any ideas for solve this problem???

There is no need to connect with the visual admin.
