Setting after dialog instance installation

Dear All:

I have installed an additional dialog instance in SAP system. Everything is fine.

After installation I have to configure the following entry at every end user system.

======================================================

c:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\services

sapmsPRD 3600/tcp # SAP System Messaging Service Port

=====================================================

and in additional the changes in SAP Gui such as Connection Type / Message Server / Group/Server.

=====================================================

Is there any other way to manage above two activities centrically ?????
