Hi,
I have a question, a SAP system is ECC6.0, and the old one is 4.6C. The new system is not go live yet, while customer did some changes on a smartform in 4.6C, and they want to apply the same change in ECC6.0.
So, can we export a smartfrom in 4.6C, and import it in ECC6.0?
Thank you very much!
Bin
Hi,
We did have the same situation.
However, only the SET_LATE_WINDOW trigerring through program lines did give impact in SAP ECC 6.0 because the form SET_LATE_WINDOW does not have any coding in the program SAPLSTXBC in ECC 6.0.
Hence we need to apply the window in which Page number was printing to be final window and additional event 'Only After End of Main Window' had to be checked and the explicit coding part for SET_LATE_WINDOW removed.
Otherwise the smartforms parts went fine.
Moreover, if you have the special languages display using the smartforms like that of Japanese,Chinese and so on then the relevant SP ( Service Pack ) has to be installed otherwise the fonts would be corrupted.
This is what i can provide with the information.
Regards,
Ram

Hi,
make a small dummy change in the smartform and activate it.
a transport will be made.
Import this transport with STMS in the new system.

PS: It is not possible to export smartfroms from SAP 4.6C.
