Checking the Open PO commitment before setting TECO to project

Hi Expert,

I want to check the Open PO commitment before setting TECO to project. If there is any open PO commitment , TECO can not be possible.

Could you please suggest how to do this. is there any exit or BADI or validation for this.

Create a user status to block TECO with PO commitment.
