Dear gurus,
I have defined a new action for sending mail to user when support message status changes and asigned a smart form namedt: CRM_SLFN_ORDER_SERVICE_01.
However, the e-mail is sent to the user with the wrong smart form, named CRM_REMINDER_MAIL_01.
Form Name CRM_SLFN_ORDER_SERVICE_01
Processing Class CL_DOC_PROCESSING_CRM_ORDER
Processing Method CRM_ORDER_EXEC_SMART_FORM

Check the Processing Types settings within the Action Definition. The first entry is most likely set to CRM_REMINDER_MAIL_01. Set it to CRM_SLFN_ORDER_SERVICE_01
