Hi All,
I have seen lot of threads about this error but no one has updated why this has occured.
We had the same issue after upgrading a package using SPAM and after that we could logon to the system.
Thought it was kernel, we upgraded it and it did not help.
Looks like it was with enqueue table level inconsistent.
Anyone has any idea why this has occured ?
Log file has no clue at all.
Thanks!
solution is to restore the system
