Having problem in using Clix comman cpyduplicate

Hello MDM Experts,

We have just upgraded our MDM system to MDM 5.5 SP6.

After upgrade, we are getting an error while using the below command:

CLIX cpyDuplicate MDMHostSpec sourceRepositorySpec targetRepositorySpec Credentials -F

The error code that we are getting is "-2080243703".

In pervious version it was working fine.

Hi Ritesh,

Have you upgraded your CLIX asa well? You need to use the CLIX available with the new version you are currently using.

HI Jitesh,

Thanks for your quichk response. Basis team upgraded the server. They must have also upgraded the Clix as well.

May I know how to check the Clicx version?

Hi Ritesh,

I think we cannot get the version of MDM CLIX, try to execute other commands and confirm with your basis guys whether they have upgraded MDM CLIX as well.

Clix comands are upgrade already. But it,s not wokring.

Could be because of any database constraint?
