DMP file created when log in SAP B1

Hi all!

When i log in SAP B1, an error appear.

*Application has a problem.*
*Diagnostic file  C:\Program Files\SAP\SAP Business One\Log\SAP Business One_20090815164128.dmp was created.*
*Please contact support and attach diagnostic file*

Only one cilent get this error, others is no problem.

How can i solve this!

Hi,

Can we safe to delete DMP files that was located on  C:\Documents and Settings\(user)\Local Settings\Application Data\SAP\SAP Business One.

Sap Client create this 500+MB DMP files when it hangup/crashed.

What you need to do is to clean this user profile by deleting the Temp files. Or just create a new local user account if the old user profile could not be easily cleaned up.

hi,

Write to support ,meanwhile try a workaround...clear ur temp file and then loginto sap.
