Use access error generating an inbound ABAP proxy against customer package

Hi,

I hope you can help, I have created an inbound ABAP proxy to receive data into BW 3.5. Everything goes fine until I try to activate the proxy. I have specified a customer package ZBIW which we have setup. I get an error about the package use access. I have looked at the package, indeed there is nothing setup. What do I need to create to get this to work.

At the moment I have activated the proxy against package $tmp which is fine for testing but I'm going to have to transport this soon. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Peter,

Please can you add 'SAI_TOOLS' in the Use Access Tab of your package and see if it works.

Hi

u hav to specify use access 'SAI_TOOLS' which contains some mandatory packages.

Also u hav to create ABAP proxy at the 4th level.
