Routes diff Ship tos

Dear Friends,

I need to determine routes in this following situation...

I have a single sold to party with 5 ship tos

each ship to has a different transit time.

1: How can I determine the different Transit times, the route needs to be determined at the sdales orer level.

2: Do I have to create different routes

3: I tried assigining different shipping conditions to the Ship tos, however the route is always determined at the sold to level

1. As I cannot access to the system now, you may refer to the thread below:

2. In my view, different routes for different ship-tos is proper.

3. Suppose different destination is defined for different ship-tos due to different transit time, right? Thus, destination port should match the ship-to in sales orders. Pls check.

hello, friend.

you definitely can have a different route for each ship-to. in the customer master for the ship-to (General Data), look for the field for TRANSPORTATION ZONE. the system will determine the route in the sales order when it sees the TRANSPORTATION ZONES of the origin (delivering plant's shipping point) and the destination (ship-to party).

route determination is done in IMG > SD > Basic Func > Routes > Route Determination > Maintain Route Determination.

transit time can be defined in 0VTC, when defining routes.
