XI 3.0 system copy guides

Hi folks

Could some one please direct me to 'XI 3.0 system copy guides' specially post processing. Our basis team has done system copy from PROD to SB but it has all the settings of PROD. I want to find out what all those settings are and correct them with SB settings. Please help.
