Hi All,
I have PDF file in IXOS server. How to print this PDF file ?
Thanks,
Prsn.
Hello Prsn,
I think the PDF file is already connected to an SAP transaction document number. Example - Outgoing/Incoming invoice, dunning, Delivery Notes etc., So, just go to the transaction (MIR4 or VF03 or VL03 etc.,) and check for the Attachment List using the GOS icon. You can then open the PDF and subsequently Print
May be a general Technical Search in OAAD transaction is also helpful if you donot know the complete information about SAP transaction document
If you are technical, may be, you can use the function ARCHIVOBJECT_DISPLAY to display the PDF from IXOS using IXOS-specific Web or Java viewer or SAP Document Viewer (based on Protocol Maintenance configured) and then within the viewer you can trigger the Print function.

if you're able to display via a SAP transaction, do a trace and check function modules with name archive (ArchiveLink). You may look forum for archivelink. The underlying techno is DMS (http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw2004s/helpdata/en/30/08a037b9e62417e10000009b38f889/frameset.htm)
