All the shared distribution lists in our ECC6 system are gone today and we can not explain it. We had this exact same occurrence one year ago and suspect it has something to do with expiration.
I know it was one year ago because we have a sand box created from the production system and all the distribution lists are still there and the attributes tab provides a created date.
Questions
1. Is there anyway to get these distribution lists back without totally recreating them?
2. How do I prevent this from happening again - we don't see an epiration field on the Distribution lists.
