Problem with creating contract document templates

I have a similar problem as the poster Vaibhav Modi had, but I have a bit of a difference that is causing my issue.

I have two companies in E-Sourcing. The Enterprise company has the contract generation phases available and we can create contract doc templates within the Enterprise company. Our problem is that the second company does not have the phase configution nor is the Library Item Phase Configuration even an option in the Setup menu.

How do we get the phase configuation for the contract generation available to the second company?

Hello Elizabeth,

Upload workbook "Sourcing_Company_QuickStart.xls" with the user of second company. It will solve your problem.
