Hey,
I want to install SAP Solution Manager 4.0 on Linux (Fedora Core4).
The installation runs till step 36 "Create Java users"... this steps terminates with following error message:
ERROR 2006-05-06 21:36:00
FCO-00011 The step createJSF with step key |NW_Onehost|ind|ind|ind|ind|0|0|NW_Onehost_System|ind|ind|ind|ind|1|0|NW_CI_Instance|ind|ind|ind|ind|11|0|NW_CI_Instance_Doublestack|ind|ind|ind|ind|2|0|createJSF was executed with status ERROR .
I don't get any other messages in Log Files.
Can someone help please? Thanks.
hi.
also had problems with the installation on java.
the only help was opening a sap message - there was a missing entry for our system (sles on ppc64) in an xml.file. maybe it's something like that...
regards, martin

Hi,
you can get more logs in "sapinst_dev.log"
Is this error coming during the java stack installation, and to me i think this error is coming during sapjsf user creation.
if this is the error then
try creating the user manually, assign the role
SAP_BC_JSF_COMMUNICATION_RO
and retry the installation.
