Source Inspection

Dear Friends,

When we use source inspection, at the time of GR, the stock is going into blocked stock.

Detail are as follows:

1. Quality Info Record - Source insp for insp type - 01, Lead time 14 days, No GR - Activated

2. Insp type 01 is assigned to the material

3. After creating Purchase order, we go to QI07, and create an insp lot

4. RR and UD done for the lot. UD - "Accepted"

5. GR is done. No lot gets created acc to above setting. But the stock is going into blocked stock. (This is happening despite UD for source Insp lot is accepted)

Can anybody help me out in finding what is going wrong??

Hi

1.If you have used Q05 control key in QM view then replace it with Q03

2.Have you used Target QM system in QM view & Q Info Record.

Check the Certificate Type field in the Material Number. Also the SPRO settings for this certificate Type, check the field Control Without certif. and select Warning, if you want just the information.

If you are working with source inspection then you need to activate "0101" inspection type in QM view of material master. & select this insp type as preferred insp type in material master. Check one more time & revert back.

Have you activated "post it to inspection stock" in inspection set up?if so you have to make a MIGO and then do usage decision for that material.

Other wise deactivate "post it to inspection stock" in inspection set up and try.
