How to display a Web chart for a Query when it has much data

Dear All,

When I am trying to publish a query in Web as Web chart, it says too much data in it.

In Rows I have 3 selections of Product Format(A,B,C)and Products. so in each Product Format there are no.of Products.

In Columns there are 6 Key figures.

The values are diplayed aginst each product and sub totals are calculated on each Product Format.

In my Graph

I want to have dataseriies as Product Formats and all key figures are data points.

When I am trying to display web Chart, it says too much daat in it.

In your graph you only want "product formats" and the keyfigures, as you said... But in your quey you have the drill down upto product... and i suspect there are large number of products in every 'format' and thats what causes the problem.

you can create a view off of the query with only 'product format' in the drill down such that you dont have large number of rows and use that as the dataprovider for your graph. Does that help the cause?
