CLM Clause Library

Dear all,

Does CLM allow uploads of clause libraries in case we wish to create them en masse instead of one at a time?

I am not able to see any deployment workbooks which allow this functionality.

Hi Reshma,

You can find a workbook name : Clauses.xls on the CD of E-sourcing software.

In the ES dump there is a folder called TrainingGuides. In that you will find this xls.

Dear Vaibhav/Reshma,

I tried to import clauses using the standard file.

Clause is getting created but content is not getting uploaded.

The error message is " File could not be found -skipping row.".

The details which i maintained in the file is enclosed below for your ready reference.

CLAUSE_DISPLAY_NAME CLAUSE_VERSION IS_DEFAULT DESCRIPTION PATH_TO_FILE

Clause_test_09_08 1 C:\clause\File1.doc

Please let us know how to address the issue.
