We have activated follow up action in UD code for the inspection lot
origin 04,whenever the material is rejected we use UD code rej on which
follow up action is triggered and inspection lot is canceled in
background,no stock is required to post anywhere, last operation is
canceled automatically, but it not getting canceled and showing error.
order is not canceled, whenever the lot is canceled the system status
should show LTCA but it showing SPRQ, no authorization for this plant
error shown in cogi,we checked using su53 but all the authorization is
given.
Hi
This means in MMBE lot is still showing in QI stock only.
You have to do reverse the QI stock also.
Is 102 happening in this case??
As inspection lot is geeting cancelled in backgroung check the stock type at that point in MMBE

Hello Kunal,
if you want to change the 04 inspection you'd either have to dump the stock -> Stock to scrap.
Only if no results were recorded are you able to delete the inspection lot by reversing the material document that created the inspection lot -> This means that you haven't set up 'Y early inspection lot creation' in this case I would only recommend the first option.

Dear Sir
Thnx for the valuable answer,
we have in process stage and after confirming the order we get the lot with 04 that our requirement,if lot is rejected it is not the stock should not be post to block,so we had used the bapi which is standard sap and linked to functional module and linked to UD code so as and when rej is selected bapi is triggered and no posting is required last operation is cancelled, but we have not given co13 authorization to user,.please guide
regards
kunal
