Pricing date changes

Hi gurus,

We are made delivery and billing for part quantity.Then i want to change the pricing date the following information appear

ITEM ALREADY BEEN BILLED.HEADER DATA WAS NOT COPIED.

Then i change the pricing date Netprice is changed in all items

Where we check?

Daer T.Murugu,

Pricing date can be maintained at two levels:

1. Header level (which effects all the line items whether BIlled or not... )

2. Item Level

Now probably what are you trying to do is change the Princing at header Level so it is affecting on all Items.

As you have already Billed few few items you need not change Pricing of these items.

Thus what you need to do is change the Pricing Date on only the required items & do the needful.. .

VA02 - enter the Sales Order number - Select the required Item & in Sales A tab there is feild of Pricing Date under Deneral Sales data. You need to change this date for the required iems which are not yet BIlled.

As you are changing the Pricing Date ,the Net price is changed due to condition Records maintained at some different dates.

Kindly check the Condition Types with all their Condition Records in VK13.
