Hi All,

I am using KO12 transaction code to upload data.

For the first time when you execute KO12 ,It will ask for KOKRS(Controlling Area).Later on it will not ask for kokrs.For the first time if you do it recording then it will show the kokrs screen.Once you finish lsmw program ,if u execute same porgram i.e for second time system will not show kokrs screen.Once if you log off and log on again it will ask for KOKRS field vale.

How handle this issue in LSMW.(Recording)While upoading data,I should handle this screen variation.Please suggest me how to handle this?

I assume you are not using the recrding for the transaction.

Use the shdb recording for the screens in ko12.

or

Search for a bapi or an idoc as an alternative for the ko12 transaction.

Hi,

While recording for the first time you can also include the setting of the controlling area from menu path.

Extras-> Set controlling area

Then each time when the data is uploaded it asks for the controlling area.
