Work Item not created

Hi,

I have an issue, where the workflow item is not created and when i check the workflow log it display a message "Dialog work item created". But the work item is not present in the users inbox. In the subsequent step there is another log "Dialog work item executed" with yellow traffic light.

I checked the message it says "User has terminated the release". It is a parked document workflow.

Can somebody suggest how to analyse it further?

Hi Rahul,

Have you checked the agents button in the log, is there an agetn appointet there?

If you have transportet the workflow, you must remember to make the task General, unless you have som other agent assignment.

I have checked the agent it is assigned to the right one. The problem is reoccuring and in all the cases i can find the same message "User has terminated the release". I am not able to find the reason for this message.

Hi Rahul,

You might want to check the event log to see if there are some other events triggering which could cause this
