Hi Team,

How to start with Audit management. We have chcklist for internal audit every 4 months & external audit once a year.

Pls advice step by step configuration & master data required.

Hi,

You need to configure Audit Plan, Audit, Questionnaire and CAPA and its key data structure as per your business requirement.

Master data required is only Questionnaire i.e. checklist.

I may still need more information on "Audit management" like what master data, how to create it, sap t-code etc.

There is only one T-Code for Audit Management Transactions - PLMD_AUDIT

Herein, you define the following:

1. Audit Plan: Plan for the whole year. This is highest in the Hierarchy.

2. Audit: Audits as per Audit Plan. This is next to Audit Plan in the Hierarchy.

3. Question List: These are assigned to Audits, so that Auditor has Question List which he needed to Audit. As per these questions, Auditor can raise a Non-Conformity and trigger CAPA

4. Corrective and Preventive Action: Against every question CAPA can be triggered.
