Urgentt !!! Help on reloading the data from the ODS to the Cube.

Hi Guys,

Need your help on the following issue :

The ODS has updated 2 requests to the cube.

Now, I have deleted this request from the Cube.

But it is present in the ODS.

Now, When I try to load the data from the ODS to the Cube,

I am getting the error "Error occured in the Source system".

Can you advice how do I go about for re-loading this data from the ODS to the Cube.

Its urgent...A real prompt is really appreciated.

For the 2 requests that were updated from ODS to Cube,

do the following..

double click on the tick mark that appears beside the request number.It indicates that request is updated to further data targets.

A new screen will come up..there click on delete/trashcan icon and u will get message 'reset delta maintenance for this request?'

confirm yes and continue.do this for both requests.

come back to ODS manage screen and refresh.tick mark will go away for both requests.

Before doing above procedure..u shud have made request RED in cube and backed it out from the cube.

(Now last step..run delta load from ODS to cube..It will pick up both requests and tick marks will reappear for both requests in the ODS manage screen).

Hi Punkuj,

It seems that your DataMart is no more active.

Check from RSA3 in BW if your 8* datasource is still active and try to send the data first in PSA.

Probably you have to replicate once again your datasource, but ay attention that after the replicate you have to transport again the activation of the transfer rules of 8* InfoSource.
