Not able to check out

Hi,

I' am not able to check out. Getting the following message.

Let me know if you find anything for the message below.

Checkout is not possible. See below for details.

The operation requires the writeability of the following Objects:

Component Controller com.sap.xss.hr.per.us.w4.cc.CcPerW4

======>problem: DTR workspace is not modifiable /ND1_ESS60303_D_essus_w4sap.com/src/packages/com/sap/xss/hr/per/us/w4/cc/CcPerW4.wdcontroller

Aravind,

did you create the project from inactive dcs.

right click on the component and click on DTR->Edit

HI,

THis happens if you try to modify a DC by creating project from ACtive DCs.

Active DCs are Read only.

We can only use them as dependend DCs but cannot modify.

As told i above post create project from inactive DCs.
