MDM connection Error

Hi,

I just have installed MDM-SRM when i try to check the dbms settings with SAP MDM console i have the following error."unable to connect with database server".

How the connection to the database is made?

The console already recognize that i have a mdm server running on the server.

Which database you are using?

Check the Logs -> Server for exact reason

Hi,

You need to enable Mixed Mode Authentication while using SQL Server and required to pass the login credentials of the user sa at the time of database connection. You can check the logs attached as a Child node with your MDM Server. In that check the first option i.e. server. Below you will get the entire Log file there you can get the exact reason of database connection failure.
