PRD - System landscape for Enterprise learning solution

HI all,

I want to setup the system landscape for my production server.

I have 4 system. My Plan is

1st System - DB + Ecc6

2nd System - LSOFE

3rd System - EP

4th System - lsocp + KM flat file repository

By default the ECC6 comes with LSOFE.

My question is -- How to install LSOFE in separate host ?

Can i go with add-in java for EP for 3rd System ?

As far as I know LSOFE is an add-on so you need a SAP system... only way will be to install a system in you other host.

Why not... (I'll look into the future utilization of the portal and If its better off as a standalone Java installation)

need bit clear about your reply.

I know LSOFE is an add-on of SAP system. So can i install sap system in one host and LSOFE in another host ? Is it possible ?

My answer was very clear... you install add-ons on systems not hosts.

You cannot install an add-on in a host that does not run a SAP system.
